Role Overview:

KX is seeking a Partner Account Director to strategically plan and deliver a cross-functional strategy to engage our current and potential partners. The role will involve working with Partners such as Hyperscalers, OEM Partners, Technology Partners and SIs. The objective being to grow the presence of KX in its target markets. In many instances Kx will be the engine that drives performance as opposed to the actual car and that analogy shows why the Partner team has such an important role to play in the KX strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies with the partner ecosystem - Hyperscalers, OEMs, ISVs, Technology Partners and the SI community will all be partnerships we will want to explore
  • Manage a portfolio of high performing partners to achieve partnership goals - there will be a big focus on revenue generation but incentivisation will be on strategic goals as opposed to Sales quotas
  • Develop best practices to engage with partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations with partners on working with KX
  • Develop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, requirements, etc.
  • Ensure partners are maintaining baseline training and knowledge of KX
  • Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures
  • Assist as needed in the development of required support materials for the program
  • Measure and report on the success of assigned partners
  • Help with recruitment, training, and on-boarding of new partners

Requirements:

  • Extensive years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development
  • Significant years of direct channel sales/management experience within the SaaS space
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
