Part Time Customer Service Advisor

Where: EE North Tyneside - Cobalt Business Park

Part Time: 20 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday (alternative Saturdays) fixed shifts 3:45-20:00 working 5 days per week

Salary: 12,535.47 rising to £12,834.13 after 9 months

Hourly rate:£12.05 per hour rising to £12.34 per hour at 9 months in role

Why not use your skills to make a difference and join our Mobile Billing Team in North Tyneside. You'll be talking over the phone to customers with all sorts of broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping someone with a simple router question or something that needs a bit more work and ownership, you'll be there for the customer supporting them all the way.

You don't need specific experience to join us. Provided you're naturally helpful, calm and can build relationships - we can train you on the rest.
