Overview
This vacancy is an opportunity to join the Publicis Imagine Paid Social Investment team, which is responsible for planning and buying all Digital Paid Social campaigns. The overall Digital & Social Investment team is comprised of 23 individuals with diverse skills and expertise across the media and technology landscape. Paid Social Investment works in close collaboration with Media Planners, and the Digital Investment team to help design integrated solutions to Disney's communication challenges.
The Paid Social Manager will be a primary lead on a world renonwed entertainment client overseeing Campaign planning, analysis and media execution as well as their team's overall output.
Reporting to the Social Associate Director at Publicis Imagine, this role requires a tactical mindset, strong client relationship skills, and a thorough understanding of the evolving Social landscape.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Client Briefs & Presentations: Responding to and presenting client briefs with compelling strategies and insights across all Studios activity.
• Strategic Leadership: Refining Disney Studios Paid Social strategic approach by designing measurement roadmaps, executing test & learns, pitching activity on new platforms, running alpha/betas and securing agency or category firsts.
• Platforms & Technology: Keep up to date with development and emerging trends in the Social landscape.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Disney clients, acting as a key point of contact for Paid Social approaches and execution.
• Partner Relationships: Leverage strong relationships with social platforms to develop Disney roadmaps and maximise investment efficiency for Disney from existing partnerships.
• Team Leadership & Development: Responsible for their team's delivery of the client's paid social campaigns ensuring best-in-class planning and activation.
• Drive Performance: Meet all campaign KPI targets with high quality reporting delivered to clients alongside insightful commentary.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with the wider Digital Investment, Accounts, D&T, Strategy and Planning teams to ensure alignment with processes and ensure strong holistic strategic approaches to clients
• Operational Excellence: advances Paid Social operational excellence to deliver the highest levels of accurate buying, in-platform QA, optimization and reporting. Takes accountability
Qualifications
THE PERSON
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of more junior resource. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to 'hit the ground running', and for the most part be able to manage their work autonomously.
CRITICAL SKILLS
The successful candidate will need to have:
• Experience in Digital with deep expertise in Paid Social activation.
• Able to confidently discuss multiple Social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest and Reddit.
• Have excellent team management and development skills
• Have knowledge in the wider digital ecosystem across Social for Organic, Influencer, and 3rd Party measurement solutions & verification
• Have strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with key digital clients
• Have strong analytical and excel data manipulation skills
• Strong Social Platform Relationships and have commercially minded negotiating skills
