Responsibilities

The Paid Social Associate Director will be responsible for four key areas:

  • Strategic Thought Leadership
  • Responsible for delivering and updating social playbooks to provide guidelines to ensure best-in-class planning and activation. Refines strategic approach by designing a measurement roadmap, executing test & learns, pitching activity on new platforms, running alpha/betas and securing agency or category firsts. Leads on client education of all channel/market developments.

  • Drive Outstanding Performance
  • Leads and advances Paid Social operational excellence to deliver the highest levels of accurate buying, in-platform QA, optimization and reporting. Drives accountability within the team to enable faultless client service, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is of a satisfactory standard. Acts as point of escalation for managers in the team.

  • Account Growth & Maturity
  • Through exploration of and education of team and client, grows and develops the account, consistently increasing spend and platform, product and technology adoption and diversifying sources of revenue.

  • Build a Centre of Excellence
  • Responsible for the overall operations of PGD team across all processes, challenges and solutions. Ensures streamlined cascade of all information to PGD team and ensures a unified view across all Paid Social campaigns, reporting and budget tracking. Prioritises, streamlines and distributes workload across the team. Accountable for the learning and development of all direct and indirect reports and continually coaches team on performance.

    Qualifications

    • Thorough knowledge and experience planning and activating large-scale brand and performance campaigns across global social platforms.

    • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Direct client management experience, confident presentation skills, and the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.

    • Solution-driven and innovative, with an analytical mindset to drive performance growth.
