The Role
We are currently seeking a Google PPC Senior Strategy Executive to join our performance marketing team, after our previous Senior Executive was promoted. This is a strategic role focused on developing and implementing innovative paid search approaches for our clients. Rather than pure campaign activation, this role will emphasize strategic thinking, data analysis, and insight generation to drive performance marketing excellence.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
• Support the development of strategic paid search frameworks and approaches aligned with client business objectives
• Work with our activation teams to translate strategic recommendations into campaign execution plans
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify strategic opportunities and insights
• Assist in developing testing frameworks and hypotheses to drive continuous improvement
• Support the creation of strategic recommendations and presentations for clients
• Help identify emerging trends and opportunities in the paid search landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid search strategy aligns with broader marketing objectives
• Contribute to strategic planning sessions and brainstorms
• Learn and develop expertise in advanced Google Ads features and beta opportunities
Qualifications
What type of person will be successful in this role
• Preferably experience in building and managing SEM / paid search campaigns
• Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360
• Strong ambition to advance your career as a well-rounded performance media specialist, with a passion for strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Intermediate presentation skills, including experience with client work-in-progress updates and monthly reports

• Ability to identify meaningful insights from campaign data
• Development of strategic testing approaches
