Overview

Paid Search Manager

We are hiring a Paid Search Manager to play a meaningful role in shaping paid search performance for well-known brands. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on delivery and people leadership, giving you real ownership over client outcomes and team success. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders while helping great work come together across a hybrid model. If you enjoy combining craft, collaboration and commercial impact, this is a role where your contribution will be felt.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and delivering paid search strategies that align closely to client goals and growth ambitions.
  • Leading the day-to-day management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across platforms including SA360, Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Owning campaign performance, using data and insight to guide optimisation, testing and budget decisions.
  • Supporting your Director to deliver consistently high-quality work and strong client outcomes.
  • Building trusted relationships with mid-level client stakeholders through proactive, thoughtful engagement.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through best-practice account hygiene, quality assurance and reporting.
  • Helping new tools, tests and initiatives scale successfully from trial into ongoing delivery.

Skills we're looking for

  • Solid experience working across paid search platforms with revenue-driven objectives.
  • Confidence analysing performance data and translating insight into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and calmly.
  • Clear, professional communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork, leadership and partner relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how agency teams create value.
  • Curiosity and commitment to staying up to date with industry trends and evolving search technology.
