Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE....

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals

Campaign Management:

  • Launch, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budget allocation, and targeting to maximise ROI under modern search setup with AI technology

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide key actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and support QBRs to communicate results, trends, and recommendations

A/B Testing and Optimisation:

  • Develop and conduct A/B tests for performance improvement and growth

Client Collaboration and Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic advice and insights
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Industry Knowledge and Tools:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Utilise tools for automation, reporting, and optimisation

Work

  • Support Director to deliver outstanding work every time
  • Lead day-to-day output of the team
  • Ensure you and junior team deliver operational excellence
  • Be the lynchpin for strategy RTB's to ensure best work comes together

Clients

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, mid-level clients
  • Deliver and set example of immaculate client service (ICS)
  • Ensure ICS is delivered by your direct reports
  • Be proactive and results orientated in day-to-day client management
  • Share and celebrate achievements with clients

Commercial

  • Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities
  • Support BD/CP in driving account profitability
  • Understand contractual obligations on your clients
  • Identify and progress win / win opportunities

Team

  • Manage a team of 2 execs
  • Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best
  • Set clear progression plans for your team
  • Work effectively with Director to support client goals
  • Lead positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers

Agency

  • Volunteer for extra-curricular agency initiatives
  • Share and showcase team's best work across dept
  • Build strong and effective relationships with all PM practices
  • Build strong relationships with your peers, sharing knowledge and experience
  • Embrace and get involved with agency initiatives and opportunities

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....

  • Proficiency in paid search platforms (i.e. SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads) and tools with revenue-driven objectives. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimisation
  • Exceptional client relationship management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks seamlessly and accurately
  • Experience of team development and management, ensuring high-quality outputs and instilling a culture of curiosity, learning and growth
