Paid Search & Display Manager

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing search and display campaigns across central EMEA, US & APAC social platforms. This role sits within our performance marketing division and works closely with our external agencies, commercial trade and finance teams. The digital marketing team is focused on improving its tech infrastructure and reporting insights to prepare for the next phase of growth in 2025.

As a Paid Search & Display Manager you will be responsible for understanding the business objectives of our regional commercial teams and translating this into effective control of paid budgets, strategies, and paid media execution. You'll ensure all search, shopping and demand gen campaigns are managed to the expected standards, utilising all relevant, available, and applicable optimisation methods to maximise traffic, quality scores, CPA, CR% and ROAs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all PPC and Display activity is optimised for best practice and in line with expectations and translate learnings into a strategic roadmap.

• Delivering insightful analysis to measure performance against targets and recommending strategic optimisations across markets.

• Primary focus: Paid Search

• Secondary focus: Display, SEO

• KPIs: Impressions, Traffic, CTRs, CPCs, Sales, CPA & ROAs

• Light touch on SEO. Support head of digital marketing to oversee new external agency and work collaboratively with ecommerce division to optimise the site and drive search visibility, demand and profit. Work with agency and ecommerce team to develop optimisation roadmap for SEO to drive incremental traffic in line with the product strategy.

Skills and Experience Required:

• We are looking for a digital native, with a strong background in paid search & programmatic display

• Previous experience within a similar role, must hit the ground running with regards to brand, generics, pmax and demand gen campaigns across Google in EMEA, USA & APAC. Strong understanding of datafeeds/GMC is a plus.

• You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of SA360 platforms, as well as analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA).

• Ideally you will have experience agency-side (preferred) or in managing agencies who execute display campaigns across a variety of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).

• High-level Excel & PPT proficiency, experience with scripts is desirable.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, brand, creative, copy, regional and agency teams on multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities and tasks proactively.

• This is a full time, position based at our Kensington office and you will need to be able to be regularly present in the office - 3 days a week (Mon to Wed).

• Global Fashion / Retail background would be desirable.

• Large number of stakeholders to manage at different levels of the business - you will need to be extremely detailed, organised and result oriented.
