Overview
We are hiring a Paid Search Account Manager to help shape smart, performance-driven search strategies for some of our most exciting clients. In this role, you'll combine analytical thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams to turn insight into impact. You'll be trusted to own accounts end-to-end, while being supported to grow your craft and confidence. If you enjoy collaboration, curiosity and measurable results, this role is designed with you in mind.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Managing paid search campaigns from planning through to optimisation and reporting, with a clear focus on performance outcomes
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and thoughtful recommendations
- Translating data into insight, using performance trends to inform testing, optimisation and future strategy
- Working closely with planning, analytics and activation teams to deliver integrated media solutions
- Owning account hygiene, pacing and budgets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement within the paid search practice
- Supporting a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, ideas and best practice
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- A strong understanding of performance metrics and how they connect to client objectives
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations in a clear, accessible way
- An organised approach, with attention to detail and accountability for your work
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a wider team
- Curiosity and motivation to keep learning as platforms and products evolve
- A thoughtful, inclusive approach to working with clients and colleagues
