Requirements

We are looking for a strong Paid Performance Marketing Manager to develop a leading performance marketing operation that can scale our user base across UK, US and provide consultation support to DE & FR. You'll be someone looking to step up in your career, looking for the ability to lead with autonomy and own the creation of new processes. You'll be attracted to working in a start-up style environment, with the benefit of being part of an established global business. Day to day, you'll have full ownership of our paid media spend, digital channel mix, and its execution and A/B testing.

This role will report to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and working closely with the Director of Marketing, US and Marketing Leader, UK

What you'll be doing

  • CHANNEL STRATEGY - Own and develop our channel strategy for all media: paid search, paid social campaigns (Adwords, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Performance Max, LinkedIn), spanning key markets, from conception to execution. SEO strategy experience, a bonus!
  • EXECUTION OF ADVERTISING - Be the day-to-day manager and optimisation expert across all key channels. Must have geographical understanding of both the UK & USA (including metro markets).
  • REPORTING - Be responsible for owning the creation of weekly reports and end-of-campaign reports for key campaigns and always-on activations. You'll also be evolving the reporting process, including implementing a new digital dashboard into the business.
  • PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS - Provide commercially focused analysis to 'join the dots' between the paid performance metrics, and the business growth ambitions. Provide a continuous test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities, aiding growth.
  • DATA ANALYSIS - Drive optimisation plans through analysis of global data sets.
  • BUDGET MANAGEMENT - Advise on, allocate and accurately track all campaigns budgets, working closely with our finance team to invoice and manage upcoming spends. As part of your optimisation efforts, continuously analyse and recommend spend changes (as necessary) to achieve maximum ROI.
  • COACHING & CONSULTANCY - Working closely with our international markets and upskilling the wider business on paid performance practices in a clear, concise and collaborative manner.

We'd love you to have

  • Successful track record in performance marketing role
  • Proven experience of managing budgets in excess of £1M
  • Experience running a paid performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation & optimisation - including multiple channel journeys (Amazon, DTC and other online retailers)
  • Experience or a personal interest in the health & wellbeing sector
  • Agile, flexible and willing to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with the following: Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads. Experience in programmatic, VOD & ATL media buying a bonus. Operational platform experience essential, must be competent in the setup of advertising, as well as the management of agencies.
  • Confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of MarTech & AdTech solutions, as well as digital data analytics & programmatic platforms
  • Understanding of creative formats & copywriting a bonus
  • SEO strategy experience is a bonus!
