We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We're now looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our team.

As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving both customers and carers to our business through digital advertising platforms.

This is a hybrid role, which will invovle working 3 days per week at our Support Office in Alcester (B49 6EP)

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective paid media strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign targeting to reach our target audience effectively.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Ownership of the acquisition budget, including channel & market allocations and monthly reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll need to have proven experience managing paid media campaigns, specifically in Google, Bing and Meta. You'll also need to have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations. You will be commercially focused, planning, executing, and optimising existing channels to improve performance, ensuring our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment. Familiarity with the domiciliary care industry would also be a plus.
