The Role

We are looking for a Paid Campaigns Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team, in our London Hub! As the Paid Campaigns Manager, you will help us fuel growth through sharp, data-driven paid campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.

Responsibilities

    • PPC Campaigns: You'll be in charge of designing, executing, and refining our paid ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in several of the following: Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, Strategise
    • You will test ad creatives, bids and budgets to ensure we're reaching the right audience while maximising ROI
    • You will own the end-to-end PPC process-from keyword research and audience targeting to reporting and optimisation.
    • Audience Targeting:You'll help refine our audience segmentation strategy, creating remarketing campaigns and building lookalike audiences that turn visitors into customers
    • Keep us ahead of the curve with advanced strategies in PPC and stay on top of the latest updates in the paid ad ecosystem
    • Collaboration & Innovation: Work with our creative, product, and content teams to craft landing pages, ad copy, and visuals that captivate and convert potential customers
    • Partner with sales and other marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business goals

Requirements

    • Experience: You have demonstrable experience with paid campaigns for B2B SaaS products, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
    • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around conversion tracking, pixels, and APIs. Tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook CAPI are second nature to you
    • Data-Driven: You don't just run ads-you live for the data. You know how to interpret performance, find trends, and make data-backed decisions that improve results
    • Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and love working across departments to hit shared goals
    • Proactive: You're always seeking ways to improve performance and aren't afraid to try new strategies, test ideas, and learn from the outcomes.

Bonus Skills

    • Have worked specifically with SaaS companies in the past, client or agency side
    • Have a solid grasp of how SaaS businesses scale through digital marketing.
