PA to Business Ops & Transformation Director _VOIS

What you'll do
The Personal Assistant to Transformation Director will provide proactive, professional and confidential PA and administration support. They will be required to build a strong network and act as a professional point of contact across _VOIS, and partners. A flexible approach to diary management and other administrative activities is required.
- Build, manage, maintain and facilitate the Directors agenda with a remit across VSOL and central Group functions
- Liaising with internal and external partners and stakeholders (suppliers, partners, SLT and Exco members included)
- Travel arrangements and expenses management
- Coordinate and arrange external and internal events across markets and with external partners
- Agenda preparation for weekly and monthly senior management meetings Organisation and logistics for department wide events e.g. All Hands meetings, team building events and Webinars
- Work closely with other PA's, sharing best practice, pro-actively seeking opportunities for consistency in support or the introduction of new initiatives. Ensure adequate cover is maintained in times of absence.
Who you are
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives
- Project Management and organisation skills
- Positive & Can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate
- Flexible towards work requirements
- Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers.
- Understanding of Vodafone Technology objectives and policies.

- Yearly bonus: 5%
