Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Are you an organised and proactive person with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our Senior Management team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring that high standards and confidentiality are upheld at all times. Your contributions will be key in projecting the professional image of our company through all your work. About the role
- Organising and managing, meetings (internal and external) and travel arrangements
- Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings
- Act as key point of contact to the senior manager
- Take ownership of communications in the absence of the senior manager using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team
- Co-ordinate MI documentation and distribute to relevant management teams within agreed timescales
- Attend management meetings and take accurate minutes, typing and circulating within agreed timescales
- Produce of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as determined

- Calm under pressure and capable of thinking on their feet
- Excellent planning and self management skills
- Integrity - ability to prioritise and escalate when necessary
