Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join Royal London and provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management team. You will ensure that high standards and confidentiality are maintained at all times and that the professional image of the company is projected in all work completed.

About the role

  • Organising and managing, meetings (internal and external), travel arrangements and managing expenses claims
  • Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings
  • Act as key point of contact for the senior managers
  • Take ownership of communications in the absence of the senior manager using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team where necessary
  • Co-ordinate MI documentation and distribute to relevant management team members within agreed timescales
  • Attend management meetings and take accurate minutes, typing and circulating within agreed timescales, as required
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required
  • Inbox management
