Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We are seeking a proactive and professional PA to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Senior Leaders within the Group Brand and Marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency within our function.

You will play a key role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team, helping them to work more effectively and allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. Your diligence and strong organisational skills will support the smooth execution of day-to-day activity, ensuring that high standards and confidentiality are maintained at all times. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will contribute to building strong relationships and facilitating collaboration.

About the role

  • Manage senior leaders' diaries efficiently and effectively.
  • Organise meetings (internal and external) and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure all relevant information and documentation is available and distributed in advance of meetings.
  • Read, monitor, and respond to senior managers' emails.
  • Take ownership of communications in the absence of the senior leaders, using own knowledge or referring matters to members of the management team.
  • Support the management and delivery of Group Brand & Marketing events, liaising with appropriate departments and colleagues.
  • Ensure that actions/issues arising from meetings are addressed in accordance with agreed target dates and liaise with owners accordingly.
  • Collate receipts and process expenses for Senior Leaders.
  • Raise purchase orders and facilitate the timely approval and payment of invoices using the procurement system.
  • Carry out projects and background research as determined from time to time.

About you

  • Previous PA experience is required.
  • Excellent planning and self-management skills.
  • A good communicator, with good minute-taking and writing skills.
  • IT literate, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Efficient, self-motivated, and well organised.
  • Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and resolve problems.
  • Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks.
