PA (Personal Assistant) to CEO

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an PA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to play a key part in keeping both the business and the team running smoothly.

You'll work closely with the CEO and wider team, providing day-to-day support across administration, operations, and culture. From keeping diaries on track to supporting project delivery and fostering a positive workplace culture, your work will have a direct impact on the success of the business and the happiness of the team.

Administrative

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage email correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Draft and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and tracking action points.

Operational

  • Support with project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Shadow and manage the CEO's diary, ensuring priorities and projects stay on track.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing day-to-day communication and delivery.

Culture & HR

  • Lead on team happiness and contribute to building a positive company culture.
  • Support recruitment processes, including liaising with candidates and external partners.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding for new employees and support ongoing employee engagement initiatives.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles (experience in working in a creative environment is a plus but not essential!)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Comfortable managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Experience liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
