Driving Requirement

Due to the nature of the role and the individual's needs, we require staff members who are able to drive.

Who We Are Looking For:
• Senior Support Worker and Support Workers (depending on experience)
• Experience as a Support Worker supporting individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism.
• Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
• About the Role:

As our Senior/Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to

support a young person who will soon be moving into their own home in Worthing.

This individual is warm, affectionate, and loves building genuine connections with people who take the time to understand them - sharing jokes, having fun, and celebrating their successes. They are autistic, with mental health conditions and have a learning disability. With strong family ties and a love for positive, consistent relationships, they will benefit from a manager who can guide a confident, skilled, and empathetic team - balancing calm reassurance with uplifting energy to help them truly flourish.

Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern:

36 hours per week across 5 shifts
Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule
A mix of early and late shifts, tailored to best support the individual's needs
