Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, Aligned with AFC Band 7 (£43,742 to £50,056 per annum + enhancements)

Hours/Contract: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Based: Liverpool Hospice

As part of the Marie Curie North Star strategy, we are moving forward with an integrated model of working and place-based area of care across the North West. This is a fantastic development opportunity for an Out-Patient Manager to work with the team at a transformational phase in our development as we move towards an integrated place-based system of care across the region.

We are looking for a motivational leader to develop the out-patient unit as part of our wider service strategy. Working in collaboration with other clinical managers you will support the development of services to meet the needs of the local population. This will include the remodelling of our existing services as well as exploring opportunities to increase our reach within the local community.

The post holder is required to work with the senior leadership team and colleagues to continuously improve the standard of care and ensure governance structures are embedded throughout the services.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong managerial Skills
  • Proven clinical experience within a similar environment
  • Experience in education and training to support staff development
  • Experience in managing change
