Purpose of the Role

You'll be working within the fast-paced and exciting Posterscope OOH Planning & Buying team that works across a wide range of non-network agencies. You'll work across the portfolio of agencies, assisting the Account Manager and / or Director as required, working across several agency accounts with a view to develop the skills to confidently plan and buy OOH campaigns that deliver consistent high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with OOH Planning & Buying across all agency accounts, working end to end across all stages of the planning and buying process from brief to campaign execution and post campaign analysis.
  • Accountable for developing extensive OOH market knowledge and an understanding of its positioning in the media mix.
  • Collating competitive analysis reports and post campaign reports.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of proprietary planning tools, incorporating their use daily.
  • Awareness and understanding of the Posterscope commercial agenda set by the CMO and ensuring these are adhered to in the planning & buying process.
  • Be proactive in making and maintaining positive relationships with key agency/client/media owner contacts.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Media planning experience, ideally in OOH.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of both the OOH market and the wider media market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal with a variety of people.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Resilient and able to handle conflict and deadlines in a pressurised environment.
