Purpose of the Role

You'll be working within the fast-paced and exciting Posterscope OOH Planning & Buying team that works across a wide range of non-network agencies. You'll work across this portfolio, taking the lead on several agency accounts, planning and buying OOH campaigns that deliver consistent high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability for all Planning & Buying output on allocated accounts.
  • Responsible for taking and interrogating the OOH brief, and creating full OOH responses at a high level, working end to end across all stages of the planning and buying process.
  • Be able to interrogate various data sets, and understand audience data, applying these to the planning process to deliver the most effective OOH campaigns.
  • Delivering organic growth targets and spend direction across agency/clients.
  • Fully implementing the Posterscope commercial agenda and ensuring this is adhered to in the planning & buying process.
  • Championing and using our proprietary platforms and tools, inc ECOS, at all stages of the process and ensuring its use across the team.
  • Accountable for audit and pricing-guarantee delivery on all campaigns
  • Proactively making and maintaining positive relationships with key agency/client contacts on allocated accounts, including hot desking at agency locations, and developing strong relationships with key media owners.
  • Keeping up to date with major industry changes in the OOH industry and being proactive in increasing diversified revenue on OOH plans, and ensuring we deliver innovative and effective campaigns.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Proven media planning experience, preferably in OOH.
  • Experience of creating and presenting media plans.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of both the OOH market and the wider media market.
  • Strong relationship-builder to ensure outstanding day-to-day working relationships with agency contacts, media owner partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills to ensure KPI's and targets are delivered.
  • Resilient and able to handle conflict and deadlines in a pressurised environment.
