In CMS we are building our organisational development capability. This is an exciting opportunity to join us for a 1 year maternity cover in the role of Organisational Development Manager. We offer this role on a hybrid working basis.

About the Role

You will report directly to CMS' Head of OD and will provide an OD consultancy service on a broad range of people issues such as Culture, Values and Behaviours; Colleague Engagement; Performance Management and Succession Planning, working closely with HR Business Partners and other Centres of Expertise to deliver change firmwide.

• Cultures, Values and Behaviours
• Work with leadership and the wider firm to align cultures, values and behaviours
• Embed values and behaviours through communication, initiatives and relevant changes to processes

• Employee Engagement
• Work on the design and delivery of actions that address engagement survey results.
• Support the design and delivery of pulse surveys throughout the year

• Performance Management
• Design and test the firm's Performance Management Review Module in Workday and update relevant collateral
• Ensure successful launch through collaboration and a robust communication strategy
• Review current process and propose improvements for future cycles

• Succession Planning
• Review CMS' current succession planning processes and identify opportunities for standardisation and improvement

• Projects
• Provide advice on the management of change and organisational development
• Work with HR Business Partners giving OD advice and guidance to projects
• Contribute to the development and implementation of people strategies and policies to ensure that they reflect the culture and values of CMS

About You

Essential qualifications/skills/competencies:
• Experience of effective Organisational Development consultancy/partnering (either internal or external) including topics like engagement, talent management, performance management and culture
• Evidence of strong knowledge and understanding of organisational development approaches, interventions and implementing best fit solutions
• Proven project management and organisational skills
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills gained through working collaboratively with all levels of an organisation, particularly senior leadership
• Strong record of operational delivery and implementation of new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
