The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Conduct, this role is key in the management of Consumer Duty regulations across the entire organisation, will support on all Consumer Duty topics within the first line of defence. This role will work with the wider business areas to ensure consistency and standardisation of all the Consumer Duty topics for the first line of defence area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the TIC/PIC framework for BNP Paribas Personal Finance regulations and align functional roadmaps with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Organisational Conduct to standardise operational risk practices across the first line of defence.
- Embed and maintain the Consumer Duty framework, ensuring a focus on positive customer outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute TIC and Customer Conduct Committee packs, tracking and sharing actions with stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory changes, updating policies and procedures to reflect industry developments.
- Support SMCR reviews, operational risk mitigation, and Consumer Duty projects, promoting a strong risk management culture.
Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of Consumer duty in a FS environment.
- Experience of managing suppliers, stakeholders & outsourced relationships.
- Proven track record in managing multi stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of Conduct Duty principles in a FS environment.
- Great analysis skills
- Practical experience of conducting Conduct Risk / Product reviews (Desirable)
