We are part of one of the world's largest digital-first, end to end media agencies, and offer CRO & UX to some of the world's top companies. We are growing our CRO department and are looking for people who possess or want to develop their data analytics skills to gather insights for our clients.

Our clients include Dr Martens, Canon, Gucci, Lloyds and more.

We're hiring a Optimisation Insights Manager as part of our team in Manchester office working on a hybrid basis.

Purpose of the Role

The Optimisation Insights Manager will oversee the insights team, ensuring the effective use of data to drive decision-making and business strategy. This role involves managing data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support various departments within the organization and our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the insights team, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and implement data insights strategies to support clients' business objectives.
  • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data insights tools and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to senior management, clients and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, BigQuery and Google products.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Certification in data analytics or related areas.
