Associate Director/Director - OPRE Valuation (GEOS)

Location: UK

CBRE's Operational Real Estate Team (OPRE) is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join our business and aid in the growth of our Valuation & Advisory function.

This position will focus on the Healthcare sector, which is an established and ever growing sector for the business, however it also offers the opportunity to work across a range of other operational sectors such as hotels, pubs and leisure, and self-storage.

The role includes preparing trading, investment, and development valuations, writing reports, analysing client data, and providing market-facing advice. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development by building client relationships and attending industry events.

Key Requirements:

• RICS qualified and a registered valuer
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Participate in business development activities
• Advanced IT skills, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form professional relationships
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently

Preference will be given to those with Argus Enterprise/Developer and financial modelling experience. Experience in Healthcare Valuation is beneficial.
