We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead teams, drive efficiency, hit KPIs, ensure Health & Safety and make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Delivering and reporting on key KPIs in line with customer and operational requirements.
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring teams while fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
• Managing team performance including training, development, engagement, and disciplinary processes.
• Implementing and maintaining departmental Health & Safety plans, ensuring full compliance with site standards.
• Driving operational efficiencies through collaboration, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• Proven experience delivering KPIs and service levels within a fast-paced logistics operation
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Experience managing performance, including development, engagement, and formal HR processes
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and leading compliance initiatives
• The ability to drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiencies
• Previous Warehouse experience (desirable)
