Operations Support Manager

We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our Front of house team. This is a shift-based, hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our One Glass Wharf office, with some wider support across our London and Edinburgh offices.
Working closely with Front of House, Facilities, IT, Office Services and Health & Safety colleagues, you'll help ensure a professional, welcoming and well-run environment for our people, clients and visitors.
Shift pattern
Early shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Late shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm
You'll be expected to work across both shift patterns.
What you'll be doing:
You will play a key role in keeping our offices running efficiently, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the Front of House team to deliver a consistently high-quality welcome and client experience
- Assisting with shift coordination, resourcing and acting as a point of escalation for service issues
- Supporting meetings, events and client hospitality activity
- Liaising with Facilities, Building Management and external suppliers on day-to-day office issues
- Monitoring office standards across meeting rooms, shared spaces, security and pantry areas
- Supporting office services such as stationery, post, couriers, DX and storage
- Assisting with health and safety activity, including emergency procedures, drills and compliance data
- Providing administrative support, including invoice processing, record-keeping and budget tracking
- Working with the Senior Operations Manager on service improvements, reporting and projects
What we're looking for:
We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in operational, facilities, office management, hospitality or front-of-house environments. You'll also bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Good IT skills and a willingness to learn basic troubleshooting where needed
- A positive, collaborative mindset and a strong customer-focused approach
- An understanding of health and safety practices (or a willingness to learn - training can be provided)
