Key responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a value creation strategy tailored to the customer's business goals, focusing on achieving measurable financial and operational benefits. You will drive innovation by leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, and analytics to optimize transport and warehouse operations. Additionally, you will proactively develop and present business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and securing stakeholder buy-in.

• Strategic Value Creation: Lead the development and execution of tailored value creation strategies that achieve measurable financial and operational benefits, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Tactical Execution & Project Management: Manage and deliver tactical projects in transport, warehousing, and control tower operations, utilizing data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for value creation initiatives, fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gain Share Model Implementation: Define and execute projects under a gain share model, establishing KPIs and metrics to measure outcomes and documenting results to demonstrate ROI and enhance customer trust.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between operational teams and strategic stakeholders, coordinating with IT and procurement teams to implement technology solutions and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
