Job purpose
As an Operations Support Manager at Situ, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing our Sales Operations team. This role, with the support of team leads, supervisors and key specialists, should ensure the Accommodation Specialists commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients, hitting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
As an Operations Support Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a proactive, positive, and efficient working environment. You will drive team performance by creating a culture of high standards, continuous improvement, and career progression. Your leadership will ensure that the team is engaged, well-supported, and aligned with business objectives to consistently meet and exceed client expectations. You will place a strong emphasis on job satisfaction, promoting a supportive atmosphere where positive attitudes and mutual respect are at the core of daily operations. By encouraging open communication and personal growth, you will help maintain a motivated and resilient team, contributing to a culture where employees thrive both professionally and personally.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Work alongside the Revenue Optimisation Manager to develop, implement, and refine operational processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement within the team
- Maintain a positive and engaged attitude within the teams.
- Management responsibilities for teams to include coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure quality of data and reporting at individual and team level to ensure everyone is clear on their data, role, success and areas for improvement .
- Drive performance and business growth through all divisions within Sales Operations.
- Maximise all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships (clients, -suppliers, colleagues etc.).
- Overall responsibilities for the success of designated accounts.
- Follow and support company policies and procedures.
