We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Manager to join the team based at Acton Gate.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Operational performance of the customer contract through development of a reporting system and road map of improve reporting processes.
  • Responsibility for creating, maintaining, and improving KPI performance across the whole account.
  • Drive the stock loss agenda and put controls in across the network.
  • Work between the customer and DHL on all seasonal planning.
  • Develop a roadmap to develop a reporting suite across the customers' network.
  • Support in driving optimal efficiency across warehouse and transport operations in line with operational KPI's.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the customer's management team through integration and working partnerships.

  • Experience managing operational performance withing a supply chain warehouse environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results - both financial and operational
  • A Warehouse/Logistics Background.
  • Experience in developing a network performance strategy.
  • Customer management experience.
  • Stock and seasonal planning experience
  • Advanced skill level in Excel, data manipulation and interpretation with a good understanding of setting up PowerBi Dashboards.
