The Role

As Operations Product Manager, you will be a critical member of the Operations Leadership Team, driving innovation, efficiency, and automation across our end-to-end warehousing solutions. By delivering and evolving the OPT product roadmap, you will support our mission to simplify, move fast, and deliver results while enhancing customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy: Develop and lead the OPT product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business goals.

Team Leadership: Manage the OPT cross-functional team, offshore development squads, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Innovation: Drive warehouse automation and AI adoption to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Performance & Metrics: Monitor critical KPIs, optimise warehouse costs, and propose new metrics as needed.

Collaboration: Build strong relationships with 3rd party vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Work with the Operational Excellence Manager to scope, analyse, and implement process and system improvements.

Project Oversight: Lead forums, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure projects are on track and aligned with goals.

People Management: Provide leadership to the OPT Analyst, overseeing workload and priorities.

Experience:

  • Proven expertise in product management within warehouse automation, distribution, or fulfilment.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing 3rd party vendors.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience in project management and process optimisation.

  • Travel Requirements

This role involves travel to UK locations and occasional trips to Hungary and the US.
