Key Responsibilities;

• Responsible for all elements of contract delivery
• Building collaborative relationships with clients, employees and contractors
• Tendering, programming and management of both suppliers and subcontractors
• Management of supervisors, agents and project managers
• Administering contracts and dispute resolution
• Overall management of maintenance and capital programmes
• Budget management to ensure the business is profitable
• Charing meetings including HS&E, Operations and Highway Programme
• Duty Manager for Winter Service

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong people management skills
• A good level of Engineering knowledge
• Proficient with IT
• Able to work at a fast pace and reactively when required
• Full UK driving license
• Strong highways background
