Working pattern 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (08:00-16:00 Mon-Thur 08:00-15:30 Fri)

The role:

Anexciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join an alreadyexisting committed team at Selston High School. Within this role you will overseekey operational functions playing a central role in ensuring the smooth runningof our school. You will manage and develop support staff and site. As the mainliaison between the school and the Trust's central team, you will lead high-qualitysupport services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure fullcompliance across the areas which fall within your remit.

The person:

The ideal candidate will beenthusiastic, hardworking and organised. They will have experience of workingin a school environment and in a customer service focused role. We are lookingfor someone who has the confidence to develop and improve the service provided withinthe school and manage and motivate colleagues.
