About The Role

Operations Manager - Field Based

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday (with flexibility)
Location: Field based, ideally you'll be based in the North (Sheffield, Leeds, Wakefield, Manchester, Liverpool areas).

We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites and drive contract performance to new heights. Why This Role?

As an Operations Manager with TC Facilities Management, you'll be at the heart of our business, supporting our Contract Director and managing key projects. Your role will involve extensive travel across a national portfolio of sites, offering you the chance to truly get stuck in, make a difference, and shape our teams' success.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Contract Director on a range of projects and new mobilisations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Area Managers to ensure top performance.
• Conduct regular site visits, providing quotes, conducting audits, and ensuring that our services exceed expectations.
• Own team and contract performance, meeting business KPIs and delivering P&L targets.
• Be a problem solver, managing escalations and driving solutions.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Help grow talent and support team members in achieving their full potential.

About You

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for leadership and developing teams.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment with excellent communication skills.
• Strong background in managing performance against KPIs.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH legislation.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for a role that requires extensive travel and occasional overnight stays.
