A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach.
• Ensure current processes established on Work Instructions and trainings on Excellence School.
• Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (coordinators) and ensure they are trained and prepared to execute the expected activities (see Excellence School responsibilities)
• Implement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviors and processes are followed as specified

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous Operations Manager Experience
• Ability to deploy and change resource allocations during the shift in response to the changing requirements
• IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages
• Coaching and active listening skills
