You will be managing 4 small teams and be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service, optimisation of processes, handling escalations, and ensuring the smooth execution of lending transactions.
You will play a critical role in improving client satisfaction, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal lending standards.
Typical duties include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations related to corporate lending, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Serving as a key point of contact for Brokers, addressing escalated issues and ensuring prompt resolution of complex or sensitive matters
- Overseeing the handling of inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and accurately
- Identifying areas for improvement in operational workflows, systems, and customer service processes
- Implementing best practices to streamlining operations, reducing processing times, and minimizing errors
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to operational activities, including workflow management, customer and client satisfaction levels, along with operational efficiencies
- Acting as a liaison between the operations team and senior management, providing updates on operational performance and any significant issues affecting service delivery
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in financial services; operations management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of commercial /corporate lending products and services, including loans and account management
- Experience in managing teams and improving operational workflows
