The Role...
Theoverall leadership and management of your region, including the on-goingdevelopment of a high performing team. The CEO will provide a clear strategicframework that enables the delivery of our operational and financial targets,whilst ensuring a positive relationship with the organisation's business andcommunity partners. Our programmes will provide increased opportunities foryoung people to become engaged in sport. You will continue to grow the existingoperation, which currently sits as a market leader in the region.
What you will be doing ...
• Managing our delivery of curricular, extra-curricular and school holidayactivities.
• Leading our team of teachers and coaches to deliver the highest quality ofservice to our partners.
• Responsible for measuring performance, reporting and keeping our systemsupdated.
• Managing the effective use of resources including equipment and vehicles.
• Working closely with the sales and marketing function to promote/market ourrange of programmes and activities.
• Working 40 hours per week.

Essential requirements:
• Experience in leading, managing and developing people.
• Experience of working in a primary educational setting.
• Goodknowledge of Microsoft Office.
• FullUK driving licence.
Desirable:
• Experience of delivering high quality PPA cover in schools to children aged4-12 years old.
• Experience of working towards and delivering operational and financial targets.
• Aminimum of a national governing body level 2 in one sport or QTS.
• Up todate First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.
