The role:
Anexciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join our committedteam at Allestree Woodlands School. Within this role you will oversee keyoperational functions playing a central role in ensuring the smooth running ofour school. You will manage and develop staff and be one of the main liaisonsbetween the school and the Trust's central team. You will lead a high-qualitysupport services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure fullcompliance across the areas which fall within your remit.
The person:
The ideal candidate will beenthusiastic, hardworking and organised. They will have experience of workingin a school environment and in a customer service focused role. We are lookingfor someone who has the confidence to develop and improve the service providedwithin the school and manage and motivate colleagues.
Experience of finance or budgetingwould be advantageous.
