Role overview
Job Title: Operations Manager
Salary: £28k - £32k (dependent upon experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Head of People
Role Summary: To lead in the planning, management and deployment of the workforce across the Foundation
Objectives
- To lead the planning and deployment of the workforce, including monthly and holiday planners, pre-planned and ad hoc/emergency cover.
- Work collaboratively with programmes leads to ensure sessions are adequately covered with the correct number and skilled staff.
- Work closely with all areas of the People Department to support with workforce development, talent identification and retention.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
- Previous experience working within an operational role
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Ability to be adaptable and problem-solve
- Ability to work flexibility out of hours when required
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
- Knowledge of coaching, football or sporting provision
- Experience of Line Management
- Experience working within budgets
