Job Description

• Address: For Children and Young People (4YP), Ipswich, Suffolk IP4 1AP
• Salary: £32,915 - £34,120 per annum
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible

As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team ("SLT"), you will lead and streamline the operations of the organisation, endeavouring to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

Principle responsibilities

• to drive the operations of the organisation, endeavouring to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, as the first point of contact in the absence of the CEO
• to support the CEO with the robust and compliant governance of the organisation
• to manage the pipeline and processes related to income generation, notably applications for grants and to trusts and foundations, tracking, and monitoring and evaluation
• as Office Manager, oversee the maintenance and operation of 4YP Hub and facilities, with due regard for Health and Safety.
