Ipswich High School is a leading independent school in Suffolk, educating over 500 pupils aged 3-18. The school is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Woolverstone Hall, amongst 84 acres with superb facilities.

We seek to appoint an Operations Manager to help deliver the school's aims and objectives by ensuring the provision of an efficient, high quality and effective site and facilities service, and a safe, pleasant environment for staff.

You will be an experienced team leader with extensive knowledge in site management. You will be skilled in tendering contracts and managing external providers to ensure they are working as efficiently as possible. You will have financial and contractual control for your area and be familiar with Health and Safety regulations, overseeing annual audits and reporting back to senior management.

You will be a customer centric, confident, self-motivated professional with excellent attention to detail, who is not afraid to positively challenge and offer solutions for improvement.
