YOUR ROLE
The Freight Operations Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating the day-to-day freight operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The role will act as the focal point for both internal and external customers, collaborating with Global & Regional leadership to provide best in class solutions and operational execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of shipments, optimising operational efficiency, and leading a dedicated team to meet key performance indicators. - Work closely with CEVA network and BD teams to help in securing new business
- Lead and manage all freight operations, including transportation, dispatch, and delivery processes
- Working strategically with CEVA core products to maximize volumes and profitability
- Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions for our customers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain oversight of budgets, expenses, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing freight operations at an operations manager level within the industry, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities. You should possess a solid multi-modal background and a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. The ability to analyse and interpret data, along with advanced problem-solving capabilities, is essential. Additionally, experience with pharma operations, fully qualified in IATA, IMDG, and ADR regulations is highly desirable.
