The Package

    • £45,000 per annum
    • Performance related bonus up to £5,000
    • Demonstrable career progression to Hotel Manager

The Job Role

    • Operations Manager within a quality 4* venue
    • Focusing on the daily hotel operations with a focus on standards, .
    • A broad and exciting role
    • To lead from the front whilst training and developing the team.

The Requirements

    • A current Operations Manager within hotels.
    • Have the ability to lead from the front within busy operations, this is not an office based role.
    • Experience within quality F&B operations a must, rooms and front office experience as well would be ideal
    • The Operations Manager will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established hotel manager
    • A real passion for food and service is a must.
