The Package
- £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

The Role
- To manage a portfolio of care and education sites.
- Managing the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
- The Operations Manager will ensure a high standard of food quality in every site.
- To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
- A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 10 contracts.
- Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen
- An accomplished Operations Manager who can and lead and engage the support team and unit managers
The Location
- Midlands - Manchester
- A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
