The Job Role

    • Operations Manager to oversee 20+ schools
    • To manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
    • To ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
    • To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.

The Requirements

    • A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 12 contracts.
    • Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential.
    • A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
    • The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.

The Location

    • East Midlands
    • A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
