The Job Role
- Operations Manager to oversee 20+ schools
- To manage the client experience, mobilise new business, and retain existing business.
- To ensure food delivery is exceptional in every site.
- To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.
The Requirements
- A strong Operations Manager with experience in managing a minimum of 12 contracts.
- Previous background as an Operations Manager within contract catering is essential.
- A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
- The successful Operations Manager will have a strong commercial acumen to maximise revenue, as well as a sound understanding of revenue, budget and cost analysis.
The Location
- East Midlands
- A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
