We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our clients team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity. This Charity manage funds on behalf of a range of donors who want to invest in their local communities and over the years the charity has had a significant impact, bettering the the lives of individuals in the Midlands and Warwickshire.

This role is a pivotal position managing people and projects, ensuring that the funds granted to community projects and other charitable organistions have been effectively used to achieved the goals of the project.

As part of this role you will managing relationships with funding providers, charities, and other organisations, as well as conduct meeting and onsite visits not only to build rapport but to manage compliance and support the various programs being delivered.

Additionally, you will be supporting and developing a team of grant advisors and program officers, so people management skills are a must.

There is also an element of governance in this role ensuring policy and procedures are renewed, reviewed, implemented and adhered to.

Requirements

  • Previous Ops management experience desirable
  • Essential a background in project management
  • Ideally having worked in the non for profit sector

Benefits

£40000 salary

(+ 6% employer's pension contribution)

Hybrid working - Minimum 2 days per week office based
