The Job Role

    • B&I Operations Manager to oversee 7 locations within a food focussed contract catering company.
    • The Operations Manager will oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience.
    • The Operations Manager will be responsible for P&L, stock management, cost control and effective labour scheduling.
    • To recruit, train, motivate, manage and develop your team to maximise talent.

The Requirements

    • A forward thinking contract catering Operations Manager, Group Manager and/or Account Manager
    • Experience in B&I or independent school contract catering.
    • A clear communicator that can liaise at a senior level and manage client relationships.
    • A passionate foodie that will drive menu innovation across the patch.
    • A strong leader who can engage and develop the team.

The Package

    • up to £60,000per annum

The Location

    • UK travel
