Location: Newbury & Hybrid *
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What You'll Do
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of resources and the right-sizing of the team. Your role involves managing complex deliveries in line with customer SLAs and building and maintaining relevant team processes. This includes understanding the team's role within these processes and driving them to actively contribute to personal, team, and regional targets.

Collaboration with colleagues across the business unit is crucial to building and maintaining the NOC and Scheduling team. You must also ensure the team's readiness for QMS and BSI audits and adherence to Vodafone's Health and Safety policy. Your input into transformational activities and support for any resultant changes is essential. Demonstrating a strong bias for action, you will deliver against time, quality, and cost objectives. Additionally, you are accountable for ensuring the team's training meets all current and future skillset requirements through to 2025, in line with the tech company's profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient resource utilisation and team right-sizing.

Who You Are

This includes working as part of and managing cross-functional virtual teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with a diplomatically assertive approach.
