The Job Role
- Operations manager for a 137 bedroom property, with busy conference facilities
- Running the day to day operations of the hotel
- Support and manage the heads of departments
- Involvement with forecasting
Requirements
- This role would suit an existing Operations Manager from full service corporate hotels or an experienced Food and Beverage manager looking for progression
- Full service hotel experience essential
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
