Overview

About the role:

As an Operations Executive in our London studio, you'll play a vital role in keeping our creative teams running smoothly.

You'll work closely with the Operations Director to ensure the day-to-day workings of the studio are seamless - from

keeping the space organised and welcoming, to supporting project resourcing, finance admin and people operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who's organised, proactive and eager to learn how a

world-class design studio operates. You'll gain exposure across every area of the business and be part of a passionate,

collaborative team that helps great ideas come to life.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Studio operations & administration:

  • Support the Operations Director in ensuring the smooth running of daily studio life
  • Act as the first point of contact for general studio needs and operational queries
  • Manage studio supplies, post, couriers and liaise with building management
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel arrangements and internal events
  • Support vendor and supplier relationships, including purchase orders and invoices

People & culture support:

  • Assist with onboarding new starters - setting up equipment, welcome packs and introductions
  • Help plan and deliver studio events and initiatives that enhance culture and connection
  • Maintain accurate HR and operational records in collaboration with the wider team

Project & resource coordination:

  • Support our Client Services team with scheduling and resourcing across teams
  • Keep internal systems and project tracking tools up to date

Finance & reporting:

  • Assist with expense reconciliation, invoicing and purchase order management
  • Help gather data for operational and financial reporting

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative, coordination or operations role - ideally in a creative or agency
  • environment (internships welcome)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack and project management tools (e.g. Asana or Monday.com)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in design and creativity
